Soumara lafri with gnangnan and fish

Ingredients
Okra, eggplant, pepper, a green seasoning based on parsley and onion. Ginger, soumara in grain and powder, fish, chili pepper, oil, grated tomato, rice, a seasoning based on fish paste..
Another seasoning based on chili powder…,gnangnan.bicarbonate.
Process
1-The fish

-Marinate the well washed and cleaned fish with the seasoning made from parsley, onion and pepper.
-Fry (not dry) and set aside.
2-Rice
-In a pot, brown sliced onion with seasoning made from fish paste and soaked grain soumara.
