Ingredients:

For the Cupcakes:

1 tsp baking powder

3/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature

3 egg whites

2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup milk

For the Filling:

1 cup heavy cream

2 egg yolks

3 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp cornstarch

1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Chocolate Ganache:

1/2 cup heavy cream

6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
