Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Peel and cut the apples into thin slices.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until creamy. Add a pinch of salt and the vanilla sugar, then mix well.
Pour in the milk and oil and continue to mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Gradually add the flour and yeast to the mixture, stirring until you have a smooth dough.
Grease a baking dish or tart pan with a little oil or butter.
Pour half of the batter into the prepared dish.
Arrange the apple slices evenly on the dough.
