Quick and easy chicken curry for weeknights

INGREDIENTS: 12 pieces of chicken of your choice with bone and skin (thighs, wings and drumsticks are also fine)

1 large onion, finely chopped

2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

5 cm grated fresh ginger

2 tbsp Garam Masala

1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon chili flakes

1 can chopped tomatoes

500ml chicken broth
