Poblano chili slices with cheese in tomato broth

2.-The tomatoes are cut into slices and the onion too.

3.-In a frying pan, add a little oil, sauté the onion along with the tomatoes and add the slices and season a little.

4.-Add the broth and salt to taste, season it a little more until the broth is very colored, (VERY COLORFUL), turn it off and put the cheese in strips or to taste on top.
