FLUFFY POTATO DINNER ROLLS

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup mashed potatoes (about 2 medium potatoes)
1/2 cup warm milk
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet)
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 large egg, beaten (for egg wash)

PREPARATION:
Activate Yeast: In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk, melted butter, sugar, and yeast. Allow it to sit for 5-10 minutes until the yeast activates and becomes foamy.
