Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut each biscuit into quarters and place in a large mixing bowl.
Add mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Drizzle olive oil over the top and toss to coat evenly.
Grease a bundt pan and evenly distribute the biscuit mixture into the pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Let cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
