2 tablespoons Greek yogurt or sour cream
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 clove of garlic, minced
fresh dill, chopped
Chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
1. Prepare the broccoli and potatoes:
Bring a pot of water to a boil and add 1 teaspoon of salt.
Add the broccoli and cook for 2 minutes. Remove it and chop it finely.
In the same pot, add the potatoes and cook for 7 minutes until tender. Drain them and reserve them.
2. Prepare the cheese sauce:
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the flour and mix well until a roux forms.
Add the milk little by little, stirring continuously to avoid the formation of lumps.
Add 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg.
Continue stirring the sauce until it thickens.
Add half the grated parmesan and stir until melted and smooth.
3. Assemble the casserole:
