Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Grease a baking tray with olive oil.
Cover the bottom of the plate with half the cooked potatoes.
Pour half of the cheese sauce over the potatoes.
Sprinkle with a little grated parmesan.
Add a layer of chopped broccoli.
Add the remaining potatoes on top.
Pour remaining cheese sauce over top.
Sprinkle with the rest of the parmesan and mozzarella.
4. Cook the casserole:
Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
5. Prepare the coverage:
In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt or sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, chopped dill, and parsley.
Mix well.
