Reuben Casserole

This is a favorite for weeknight meals with my husband and a crowd-pleaser at our parties

Reuben Casserole

Ingredients:

1 pound of cooked corned beef, chopped or shredded

1 can (14 ounces) sauerkraut, drained and squeezed dry

2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

1 cup Thousand Island dressing

1 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 cups crushed rye bread crumbs

1/4 cup melted butter

Salt and pepper to taste
