Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped corned beef, sauerkraut, and shredded Swiss cheese. Spread this mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
In another bowl, mix together the Thousand Island dressing, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Spread this mixture evenly over the beef and sauerkraut mixture.
In a small bowl, combine the crushed rye bread crumbs with the melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
Season the top of the casserole with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly, and the top is golden brown.
