Ingredients:
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 cup onion, finely chopped
– 1 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
– 1 cup jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
– 2 cups frozen corn kernels
– 1 can (14.75 oz) cream-style corn
– 1 cup sour cream
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
– 1 package (8.5 oz) corn muffin mix
– 2 large eggs
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
