Wash the lemon and ginger thoroughly. Peel the ginger and garlic.
Chop the ginger and garlic into very small pieces. Cut the lemon into quarters with the peel.
Blend all ingredients in a blender.
In a large pot, pour the 4 liters of water.
Add the blended mixture and bring to a boil. Once the water starts boiling, remove the pot from the heat and let it cool.
Strain the liquid and pour it into jars or bottles for refrigeration.
How to consume:
This mixture should be consumed daily, at least two hours before the first meal, for a minimum of two weeks. With this regimen, you will become healthier and feel refreshed as your body rids itself of harmful substances.
