Spiced Peach Bread

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.

In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until creamy. Stir in vegetable oil and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.

Fold in chopped peaches and walnuts, if using.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
