Sha Cha Chicken

In a bowl, mix the Sha Cha sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and minced garlic to create the marinade.

Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let sit for at least 15 minutes, or refrigerate for a more profound flavor for up to an hour.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.

Add the marinated chicken pieces, discarding any excess marinade. Stir-fry until the chicken is nearly cooked through.

Add the bell pepper and onion to the wok. Season with salt and pepper, and continue to stir-fry until the vegetables are just tender and the chicken is thoroughly cooked.

Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
