In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, Sriracha sauce, zaatar, garlic powder, and salt. Rub this mixture all over the filet mignon.
Place the filet mignon in a baking dish, add a little water, and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes.
Let the meat rest for 10 minutes under aluminum foil before slicing and serving.
