RECIPE FOR MEATBALLS WITH BACON AND CHEESE

Ingredients: For the meatballs:

500 g of ground meat (beef and pork mix),

1 egg, 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs,

1/4 cup of milk,

1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese,

2 cloves of garlic , chopped,

1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped, Salt and pepper to taste, For the filling: Mozzarella or cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes, For wrapping: Bacon, thin strips
