1. In a bowl, mix grated apple, egg, sugar, oil, yoghurt, flour, salt, milk, and baking powder until you have a thick batter.
2. Heat seed oil in a pan on medium heat.
3. Spoon small portions of the batter into the hot oil.
4. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
5. Remove and let excess oil drain on a paper towel.
6. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl and roll the fritters in the mixture.
