Pizza Quesadilla 

Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on 4 tortillas (about 2 Tbsp per tortilla).

Sprinkle about 1/4 cup of cheese over the sauce.

Add your favorite toppings evenly over the cheese.

Top with an additional 1/4 cup of cheese and cover with the remaining tortillas.

Preheat a large skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Drizzle a bit of oil in the pan and place the quesadilla on top, moving it around to ensure it’s covered in oil. Brush the top with a little oil as well.

Cook for 3-5 minutes until the bottom tortilla is crispy and the cheese starts to melt. Carefully flip over and cook for another 3-5 minutes until crispy and everything is melted.

Remove from the pan, slice into wedges, and serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping.
