2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup Brown sugar (light or dark)
2 tbsp Balsamic glaze
1 oz Goat cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp Pine nuts, toasted
1 tbsp Fresh Italian parsley, chopped (for garnish)
