Instructions:
Prepare the zucchini:

Place the zucchini halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Prepare the filling:
Dice the tomato and mince the garlic.
Dice the zucchini pulp.
In a bowl, mix the diced cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, zucchini pulp, chopped parsley and grated cheese.
Season the mixture with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder.
Add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix well.
