Used 3 x red onions chopped into quarters on the bottom of the slow cooker and put the lamb on top.
Cooked on high for about 5/6 hours then put onto low for another 2
Forgot to take after pictures but it came out so well… the bones literally fell out of the lamb when I lifted it out
We ate it with Parmesan crushed potatoes, roasted asparagus and steamed brocolli
