Heavenly Yoghurt Cake with Cherry Jam 

Spread the main cake dough evenly in the greased baking pan.

Pour the creamy yogurt mixture over the cake dough.

Take the dough from the freezer and grate it over the top of the cake.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the cake is set.

Once done, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan.

Once it’s completely cooled, spread the cherry jam on top of the cake.

Slice and enjoy your heavenly yoghurt cake with cherry jam!
