Hearty meatball and vegetable soup

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, chopped onion and minced garlic. Mix until well combined and form meatballs.
In a large saucepan, bring the beef broth and diced tomatoes to a boil.
Add the meatballs to the boiling broth and let them simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the diced carrots, celery, and frozen green beans to the pot.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and simmer for another 15 to 20 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the meatballs are cooked through.
