French Fry Casserole

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with onion and green bell pepper until the beef is browned and the vegetables are tender. Drain excess fat.

Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.

In a separate bowl, mix together condensed soup, milk, and sour cream until smooth.

In a baking dish, layer half of the French fries, followed by the cooked beef mixture, and half of the cheese. Repeat the layers.

Pour the soup mixture evenly over the top layer.

Sprinkle paprika over the casserole and cover with foil.

Bake covered for 25 minutes. Remove foil, and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the top is bubbly and golden.

Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
