Dump & Bake Fried Rice

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large baking dish, combine the uncooked rice, broth, frozen vegetables, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger (if using). Mix well.

Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes, or until the rice is cooked through and most of the liquid is absorbed. Check the rice about halfway through baking and give it a stir to ensure even cooking.

Once the rice is cooked, remove the baking dish from the oven and uncover it.

Quickly stir in the beaten eggs, mixing well with the rice and vegetables until the eggs are cooked through and distributed evenly.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
