5. Take a courgette stick and dip it into the beaten eggs, making sure it is completely coated. Then, dip it into the breading mix, pressing gently to ensure the breadcrumbs adhere well.
6. Arrange the courgette sticks on the baking tray lined with baking paper, making sure to leave space between them so they cook evenly.
7. Repeat the process with all the courgette sticks.
