Heat plenty of oil in a pan or frying pan.
Dip the courgette slices in the batter so that they are well coated on both sides.
Fry the rolls:
Once the oil is hot, fry the zucchini rolls in small batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pan.
Fry the rolls until golden and crispy on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Once ready, transfer them to a plate lined with absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
