Instructions:
Prepare the cake:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a jelly roll pan with baking paper.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gently fold in the vanilla extract.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cake springs back when touched.
Prepare the filling:
While the cake is baking, mash the bananas and mix with 1/2 cup of the caramel sauce until well combined.
