Recipe 1: Nut and Seed Biscuits

Ingredients:

Dried apricots

Almonds

Oats

Pumpkin seeds

Sunflower seeds

Sesame seeds

Flaxseeds

Cashews

Pistachios

Walnuts

Honey

Egg white

Salt

Instructions:

Soak and chop apricots.

Mix nuts, seeds, apricots, honey, egg white, and salt.

Shape into biscuits and bake at 180Β°C (360Β°F) for 15-20 minutes.
