Ingredients
4 butterflied chicken breasts
One and a half cups of panko dough
100 milliliters of finely grated Parmesan
a quarter cup of mozzarella
Thickly chopped parsley, 3 teaspoons
1.5 milliliters of dried oregano
half a bunch of chopped fresh basil
Two and a half cups of marinara sauce
1 and a half teaspoons of salt
Add pepper according to personal preference.
