Creamy Carbonara Filipino Style

Ingredients:
– 400 grams spaghetti pasta
– 1 pack (200ml) all-purpose cream
– 200 grams sliced ham
– 200 grams sliced mushrooms
– 1 cup (240ml) evaporated milk
– 1 onion, finely chopped
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Grated cheese for topping

Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large pan, heat some oil over medium heat. Sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant and translucent.

3. Add the sliced ham to the pan and cook until slightly browned.
